Service process for customizing encoders

1. Requirements communication stage

Both parties have communicated and clarified the customization requirements, including encoder types (such as incremental and absolute), parameters (resolution, output signal, protection level, etc.), application scenarios (industrial machinery, robots, etc.), and delivery cycles.

2. Scheme evaluation and quotation

Suppliers evaluate the technical feasibility based on demand, develop preliminary plans (including structural and performance adaptation suggestions), calculate costs, provide quotations and cycle planning, and confirm with customers.

3. Confirm the preliminary preparations

After both parties sign the customized contract, arrange the production plan and prepare materials (such as chips, mechanical materials, etc.) simultaneously.

4. Production and testing

Produce according to customized parameters, and conduct performance testing (accuracy, stability, environmental adaptability, etc.) after completion to ensure compliance with requirements.

5. Delivery and after-sales support

After shipment, the customer will use and test it on site, and Hengxiang will provide installation guidance and quality assurance services (such as fault repair and parameter adjustment) in the future.
